Elario Finalizes Contract with Nextier Solutions and Agrees to Provide Maintenance, Support, and Enhancement Services for the Entire EZ-Suite Product Line
ALISO VIEJO, California – January 4, 2002 – Elario Incorporated, a new Research and Development firm that recognizes the distinct advantages of being early innovators within the software architecture and development industry, today announced that Nextier Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of International Paper, has contracted with Elario to provide support, maintenance, and enhancement services for their entire EZ-Suite product line.
Nextier designed, developed, and brought to market EZ-Suite, a unique web-based e-commerce supply chain management software solution which was tailored to the specific needs of the global paper, printing, catalog, and magazine publishing industry. Nextier was purchased by International Paper in May 2001. The former founders of Nextier then went on to create a new company, Elario Incorporated.
